GET HOOKED!
Get Hooked! is our one day or half day introduction to fishing.
We will supply all the tackle, bait, permits, rod licences and tuition needed for you to learn the basics to the art of fishing.
We run our Get Hooked! programs at the famous Broadlands Lake just off the M27. Broadlands has three well stocked lakes, good toilet facilities, is professionally run and has many species present.
Our highly qualified tutors will instruct you on a number of topics including correct tackle choice, bait options, watercraft, swim selection, and fish safety. This is all done in a fun and relaxing atmosphere next to the lake. We also have our Angling School onsite which we start the day in, covering health and safety, fish care and general site rules before heading out to try and catch a fish of a lifetime!
The anticipation you go through before the float finally sails under the surface is electric and the memory of your first catch will stay in your minds forever!
While trying to out smart the fish you have the perfect opportunity to chat to your colleagues, friends, youth worker, carer or child while enjoying the tranquil surroundings. You may not want to talk to anyone at all and just enjoy the peace and quiet for yourself, relaxing away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That is a choice for you to make.
